Playful Penguins and Flirty Flamingo

Hello.

For the final card with Playful Penguins, I choose a non-traditional colour scheme of Flirty Flamingo, Mint Macaron and Pacific Point. The speckles are created by flicking the Stampin’ Write Markers at the Whisper White base and the hard to photograph sparkle comes from an alcohol with Champagne Mist Shimmer Paint spray. You could also choose to leave out the last step and use Shimmer White Paper instead.
