As I continue along with Playful Penguins week, take a look at this little cutie with on a background of “snow.”

This card uses Embossing Paste with the new Basic Decorative Masks, and White Stampin’ Emboss Powder for the greeting. The cardstock is Basic Black and Balmy Blue with Momento Black Ink.
